I’ve already written about Cinnamon’s in Hawaii, so you’ve heard about the red velvet pancakes. But check out the guava pancakes: regular pancakes doused in sticky, sweet guava syrup and topped with whipped cream. Yum!
A staple that at least one person that the table invariably orders is the fried rice, topped with chives and studded with bacon.
If you decide to go (and I think you should) be warned: it’s not going to be a healthy meal (at least if you want to taste the good stuff!). Pictured here is half a ham and spinach eggs Benedict order (I LOVE how you can get half orders) with home fries and the fried rice.
